In between the mountains, waterfalls, this cozy home
in a quite condo at the city of Belo Horizonte,MG where
the gold mines are, close to historical towns and a cool
environment, close to Rio de
Janeiro by car, 30min airplane.

It`s a small family condo, with 12 houses, in between
trees, flowers, gardens, swimming pool, barbecue
area,volley court, outside restrooms, garage, quite secure. In the
house, there is a sofa-bed in the living room for 2
people besides the 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds,
1 suite, 1 office with lots of cabinets and a place to
work and plug your computer for free wi-fi, cable
TV,american style kitchen complete, very practical, 2
bath, 1 designed restroom, a varanda with a hammock
to rest, laundry space, washer & dryer, comfortable
living and dinning room, Garage. Nice and friendly neighbors ,Free Wi-Fi.

I `m available any time through internet, email, skype
or whatsapp; I will be hosting them once they get here,
to get to know them better. citytour, places to go,
introduce some restaurants and some of our typical dishes
besides Açai.

There are a bus stop in front of the condo, plus 2
blocks from the main bus station of the region, close
to Pampulha airport and still you can ride a bike at the
lake and have a fresh coconut water or even make a
picnic. There is plenty of public transportation near by.
To go from airport to my home is quite easy, just take
the Executive Bus and get off in front of Via Brazil
Supermercado. It woill be the first street on the right. If
by car, I do have a garage for it.

I have a small garden in my backyard that needs to be
watered every day in summer time and twice or once
winter time . There are some condo rules related to
loud music, no later than 12AM.

I have a small book with the rules, list of items in every
room and cabinets of the house and emergency phone
numbers.
Smoke, only outside of the home and parties in the
area of the condo for it. Pets, small size, are welcome,
preferable, females.

because it`s near everything, on the way to the
airports, main bus station, and still not so busy. I can
still have quality of leaving. I can wake up with birds,
and that is cool for a big city. There is an eco-park
quite close, full of green, to walk, attend plays, play
tennis, volley, peteca, have picnic, and sometimes
shows, all for free. A cool experience is walk or ride a
bike around the lake that is very close, the sightseeing
is refreshing in this area and yet, you still can have a
picnic there. Saturdays and Sundays morning, are the
best. Riding a bike you can go around it and reach one
of our eco parks for a day there. There is also an Art
Museum and other unique Oscar Niemeyer`s work. The
Yatch Club is also in the lake, the Zoo , good
restaurants, Mineirão and Mineirinho Stadium, Federal
University etc.
